We serve traditional and fusion vegan Indian street food from our vintage food trailer - but we’re not your typical food truck. Inspired by the vibrant, community-focused spirit of Indian kitchens, we’ve made a conscious choice to serve delicious, wholesome dishes made with wholefoods and quality ingredients. No faux meats, no unnecessary additives—just real, nourishing food. We believe in sustainability, offering allergen-friendly options and eco-friendly packaging, and we’re here to bring people together over good, healthy food.
